Plastic Pressure Forming
Pressure Forming uses a combination of vacuum and compressed air to create parts that rival injection molding.
Pressure Forming is desirable when:
- The parts require sharp definition.
- The parts have undercuts.
- The parts have tight corner radii.
- Short lead times, small production runs or short product life cycles make injection molding undesirable.
